Describe the bug
环境变量啥的都配置好了，配置了KTCTL_HOME和PATH的变量，但是无法使用socks

Log
输入sudo ktctl -d connect --method socks5，提示找不到sudo指令

Windows10
Kubernetes [e.g. 1.10.1]
KT Version [e.g. 0.3.7]
