You need to prepare a src_video where the first frame is the starting image, and the remaining frames contain the control video (pose, depth, etc.). The src_mask should have a black frame at the beginning, followed by solid white frames for the rest. With these two videos, you can replicate the "animate anything" example. Additionally, you can include the starting image as a reference image
