Destroy command not working because of missing kube_config.yaml #3

After running the last submodule (terraform apply -target=module.node_init), the kube_config.yaml not only is deleted but also the destroy command is not longer working.

To write this file and depend on it is really ugly. There should be another way to extract and use this information.
