i was trying to igure out BUT NO CLUE WHERE DO I PASTE THIS LINE OF CODE, help me im getting pissed off

Sup. Install docker on the host machine. The line of in this README.md goes into your terminal. You'll likely need to:

restart and enable hypervisor in BIOS
start docker so that your terminal can connect to it
add it to your $PATH depending on your OS.

I just use the code directly with python ./app/main.py.

This is not a bug.

Use google to figure out how docker works...
