@alebcay I installed the extension with latest OpenLens at the moment (6.4.3) and similarly to #24 (comment) the extension was rapidly enabling/disabling itself. Interestingly the icons on pods were similarly appearing and disappearing.
What fixed it for me was quitting OpenLens, then starting it again. After that the extension was installed but disabled. Once I enabled it everything started working as expected.

I'm seeing this as well on OpenLens 6.4.15, with the same resolution as noted by @takeda.

I also faced the same on Windows 10 and same versions as OP. To "solve" it, I've closed the app, and start it again, the extension was disabled, I enabled it, and it stayed enabled.

I think it's openlens issue, had that with other extensions.

The Extensions UI is not in Settings page.
Mentioned how to solve the issue described in alebcay/openlens-node-pod-menu#65 (comment).

I had the same issue, and I did what j3mdamas say (close and open the app) without problems 🚀
