Use proxy settings if not included in kubeconfig

The kubectl exec command generated by this extension spawns in the OpenLens terminal. The terminal does not have a proxy environment variable set, even if OpenLens does have a setting to that effect. Generate a command line with env https_proxy=... kubectl .... That way, if someone still has to avoid or be made aware of the proxy that would be easy.
