Handle errors properly, replacing unwrap(), in trustchain-cli main.rs #194

Many instances of unwrap() in the CLI main.rs should be properly handled. (Not urgent, as the CLI will just report the error.)

See the data credentials part for sample code on handling some of the cases (e.g. multiple credential subjects, missing attributes).
