Update docs with new instructions (as of the Graph API change)

Now that we have changed to a new Graph API SDK, we should probably update the status function setup docs. We gave step-by-step instructions for settings up the service principal and we should confirm with IT whether they are still relevant.

We should also bump the minor or major version numbers to signify that non-trivial changes are needed to upgrade from one version to the other.
