Respect the "Abolished subscriptions" tick box

Under some circumstances the "abolished subscriptions" tick box appears not to be respected. That is, the subscription ID for an abolished subscription can be searched for while the box is selected, but the subscription won't appear in the table.

Steps for reproduction:

1. Log in to RCTab.
2. Select the "Show abolished subscriptions " tick box so that abolished subscriptions are shown.
3. Take a note of the subscription ID for one enabled subscription and another abolished subscription.
4. Without changing the state of the tick box, copy the ID for the enabled subscription into the Search field. Note that the subscription appears in the list.
5. Without changing the state of the tick box, copy the ID for the abolished subscription into the Search field.

Expected behaviour:
The enabled subscription should disappear from the list and the abolished subscription should appear.

Actual behaviour:
The list is empty: the abolished subscription does not appear in the list.
