Add Markdown linting workflow

This repository is text and report heavy and therefore a lot of the content are files in Markdown, it would be positive to have a workflow to review formatting and maintain good quality.

https://prettier.io/docs/en/ Could be a good choice for linting. It does formatting and integrates nicely with pre-commit.
