Summary

It would be great to put together an onboarding pack for moderators for the AutSPACEs platform. It could be educational and provide support. One option might be to use Netlify, or it could be a pdf or powerpoint. Would be great to have something in a fun accessible format, with pics and diagrams

Details

I rekcon the onboarding pack should contain:

  • A welcome and thank you
  • Our code of conduct
  • Guidelines for moderators
  • Support and advice for encountering difficult stories
  • Example cases (red, amber, green)
  • Some tests to check judgement aligns
