Ok, got it. There is no ready instruction now how to deploy it, but in general you need to create a project on google cloud platform, and configure here Pub/Sub for your app. Here I'm describing env vars: #13 (comment) for this project. After you've configured Pub/Sub just deploy this project into Heroku and set all needed env vars
