ISO-8859-1 encoding error when adding rss #269

Installation Type: Docker
Have you tried using the latest docker image / code base: yes

When trying to add the podcast "CRIMS" it gives an ISO-8859-1 encoding error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Add podcast'
Add using the direct link to rss feed: https://dinamics.ccma.cat/public/podcast/catradio/xml/9/5/podprograma1859.xml
See error

Same Issue #103 closed, closed but not yet resolved.
