Categories Tree Empty

🐛 I'm reporting a Bug 🐛

The category tree is always empty.

In the browser console I can see /enrich/product-category-tree/list-tree.json?include_sub=0&with_items_count=0&context=manage returns in a 404.

Any hint here? Cache is cleared.
