feat(web): complete app flow

Despite having integrated a lot of different apis and ui pieces, we don't have the final ui flow yet

The optimal UI flow is described here and can be summarised with:

-⁠ ⁠⁠Good loading UX while we load reserves, userBalances and userReserves;

• We display the GHO balance and the possible amount of GHO he could borrow;
  • This includes: collateral, possible collateral after supply, delegated collateral;
• We suggest you the asset you could use to supply in order to borrow GHO;
• You have the possibility to select the assets you want to supply and we borrow GHO in one shot;

Be careful with amount as using maximum values often lead to errors. It's better to subtract 1/2% or more from them
