featurerequest:  AI (Slop) Tags

hello, regarding the "AI-Slop" issue,
I was thinking that we could leverage SponsorBlock to mark such videos.

some proposed tags are: AI (general), AI-Slop, and Rage-Slop...

in my head, this seems like a solid approach to me.
are there any objections or concerns regarding this idea?
