Sponsorblock will skip on preroll ads if the first seconds of the video are marked for skipping triggering anti adblock message

When the first seconds of a video are marked for skipping and a preroll ad is loaded, Sponsorblock occasionally will skip in the preroll ad and trigger the anti adblock message of YouTube.
I think there should be a detection if currently a preroll ad is shown or actually the video is loaded before skipping.
