Unable to install

If I upload the plugin and name the folder craft-httpmessages then it doesn't appear in the plugins section.
If I rename the folder to httpmessages then it shows up but when I click install it breaks my craftCMS
/vendor/autoload.php could not be loaded by craft/plugins/httpmessages/HttpMessagesPlugin.php. Try running composer install in the root of the project.
