[Docs] `ErrorEvent` not documented for `Texture`

Problem Description

ErrorEvent not documented for Texture.
Right now with async texture loading in Linux you will get error #1621:
Error #2044: Unhandled ErrorEvent:. text=Error #3790: Texture upload failed.
which not documented.
