Problems with First Setup Window UI

We've deployed Airbyte on a local VM without a create a FQDN, because we are going to access it just internally. Evrything looks fine until arrive at that first page below. Every time I fill out the form and press 'Get Started' it got stuck on the same page.

Looking at browser developer mode I can see some API errors:

we already set abctl local install --insecure-cookies but no success.
