Is it actually alive project or not?

I tried to run it on Windows, but cannot do it at all.

• Which Python version are you using? With Python 3.8 and later it's not working (lower versions I didn't try).
• Installing the requirements is kind of impossible task. In general, packages referencing different versions of numpy, scipy, requests...
• Tried also forks from the pull requests, but both (Docker and Windows specific build not working)

I met the same problem. I cannot fix the environment with all kinds of versionsof numpy,pillow.....
