princeps polycap (discord) mentioned AG2 doesn't work for Gemini Pro models and Azure models.
We should support this.

@AgentGenie can we get more information? We support at least some model on Azure.

I managed to get gemini 2.5 pro running without any additional setup required (other than the model config), with the only caveat that tool runs failed (can look up the error, but IIRC it had to do with gemini expecting tool call and response to come from the same agent).

@AgentGenie Thanks for creating this, I just want to have it connect to my deployed azure models and there was no way to do that.

Gemini also doesn't work and I have tested it. I think the point is to just streamline this and make other llm providers first class citizens. do we use LiteLLM? might be a way to do this
