We get a 404 (Not Found) error when trying to get your data file from the Dropbox link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/12h3qqog6q4bjve/panx_dataset.tar

Error (404)
We can't find the page you're looking for.

Could you please tell us if you are planning to fix this link? We use it from Hugging Face Datasets library.
