Dockerizing environment

Current Behavior

Today has not a config to run up this through Docker, I think that's will be a great feature.

Expected Behavior

I'm expecting that this would be great for the community. Configuring the environment to run with Docker the mongoDB environment and node.js server.

I think it doesn't make sense in this repo... Maybe we could improve the Docker environment at dataloader-boilerplate

Here a question @felippepuhle Docker it's a utility feature, makes sense for all app.
