[Bug Report] Query criteria always appears closed by default

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Smart Browser Process Orders of Selection.
2. Switch between views.

Note that the search criteria is not displayed by default, also if you switch between views it always remains closed even if you leave it open as the last option.

Expected behavior

If there are empty mandatory fields the search criteria must be open to indicate to the user that he must fill in fields in order to perform a search.

• Yarn version: 1.22.15.
• adempiere-vue version: 4.4.0.

Additional context

The optional fields filter icon appears overlapped, damaging the styling.
