Push git tags for releases

It would be nice if you could push tags for releases of this project, this makes it easier for maintainers to track releases and they show up in the GitHub interface.

Released just days ago, just without any tags.

Wish there was some better information available because from mid-2018 until mid-2019 there wasn't any activity.
