[Feature Request] nRF5340 Support

Hello,

The nRF5340 is supported in TinyUSB. It would be great to pull the latest revision of TinyUSB and create a port for the nRF5340. My tinyuf2 fork is attempting to do but may be a bit misguided because I haven't used TinyUSB before.
