Generate all clusters and device types

The matter spec has a number of clusters and device types. There is a machine readable form somewhere that can be used to generate corresponding Python classes. CircuitMatter puts them in circuitmatter.clusters and circuitmatter.device_types.

There should be stuff in the Matter chip repo, but you can also use the JS Model from matter.js where you have it as Json or even "code" form
