No "sourceType" field on TSConfig compiler options #355

I notice the README instructions suggest adding "sourceType": "module" to TSConfig compilerOptions but there is no such field: https://www.typescriptlang.org/tsconfig.

May I remove it? It makes Cypress pretty unhappy:
