how to get component with keys? array components.

i don't how to test components using key feature of react e.g Card key="Went Well0" and it goes as you click on more card components i want to pick this component and click on certain aspects of this component which are not in props in and states so probably by picking up css or i of buttons maybe please tell me cz i can not do it directly i need to pick component first
