双向过滤中国 IP 问题

把阿里云香港 IP 47.244.0.0/16 加入中国 IP 列表，实际效果未达预期。

chinadns -m -b 0.0.0.0 -p 5354 -s 61.139.2.69,127.0.0.1:5300 -c /tmp/chn.txt -dv
然后分别执行
