创建用户需要邮箱验证码，给领导创建用户非常不便，验证码邮箱通知title也不能设置
强烈建议增加自行创建用户功能
已经购买了激活码一年

@devin199 如果你是超级管理员，进入databaseTable.html页面可以直接查看验证码哈。
