Add list of targets for navigation

If a StoryItem's action is a list of urls or hierarchical names then it could pick one randomly

It should exclude the current url if it's in the list and a source url for the story is available: that way it could have say N stories sharing the same list for a "next story" button and navigate randomly among them without ever the same story opening itself when that button is pressed
