Auto-refresh the tracker list every 30 seconds. During auto-refresh, hide the console log messages about duplicate trackers. Add total tracker count to the GUI, making it easy to see if all trackers have connected. Switch opacity to 0.95 for better legibility against contrasting backgrounds. Fixes Z4urce#12

I've tried implementing this in pull request #22 - it'll auto-refresh every 30 seconds. If you want to download a test build, you can find that under the Actions tab. |

Hi,
love your porgram!
would be nice to have some kind of autorefresh function for the trackers
when i start SteamVR it takes soem time for it to register all trackers, i'm in game already by that time and i have to remember to klick the refresh button via the virtual desktop (which i forget most of the time 😅)
