Describe the bug
IDE-specific settings stored by Jetbrains IDES such as Webstorm or Pycharm are not ignored by git.

To Reproduce

  1. Use a Jetbrains IDE .
  2. Look at unstaged changes.

Expected behavior
IDE-specific files should be ignored, like for VSCode.
