If I have three sets of data, each group is repeated twice, where should it be reflected?

Hi @Masuper001
You can use a comma to separate the kallisto files from different replicates as arguments for Darts_DNN.

  -e EXPR [EXPR ...]    Optional, required if input is Darts_BHT output;
                        Folder path for Kallisto expression files; e.g '-e
                        Ctrl_rep1,Ctrl_rep2 KD_rep1,KD_rep2'
