Hi,

Thank you for the beautiful work. Introducing expression of RBPs as trans features makes much sense in biology view. I'm wondering how is the performance without the trans features (use cis features only)? Besides, you are using almost RBPs but only part of these participate in splicing process. Why not only use splicing related RBPs?
