Describe the feature

This is a request about a new feature we're planning to add to the website: a chatbot. We've already uploaded an example picture of the chatbot.

We are developing a chatbot similar to the example but with some necessary modifications to better suit your website's needs. This addition aims to enhance user interaction and provide quick assistance to our visitors.

@piyansusahoo is also contributing to this issue so please assign it to him as well.
