Add: docker-compose.yml with test dependencies #189

Create a docker-compose.yml file with resource that tests depend on in order to ease up running tests locally.
Also add a command to run tests in docker (see: https://github.com/Workable/rabbit-queue/blob/master/package.json#L19)
