Talking about a multi-site setup here. Right now you have to set the global SEO settings like General Settings, Content Defaults, etc. for every locale. While it makes sense to override some settings on a locale basis, it is also prone to error as it requires the user to set the defaults for every locale. This can be easily forgotten.

It would be a lot easier if the global SEO settings like General Settings, Content Defaults, etc. would be inherited from the default locale until the user overrides it.
