Message boxes (popup dialogs) should be centered on the main dialog

When a message box pops up it is centered on Windows screen 0 and not on the Uploader Wizard dialog - this makes it less than obvious that something has stopped it from running.
Even worse if the error is "You are using a USB device ..." the connecting with device progress bar is still scanning - it should stop.
