Describe the bug
CPU affinity does not work on systems with two processors. The processors are displayed as one, and when trying to assign only to the threads of the second processor, the manager gives an error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to affinity section.
  2. Set on checkbox only of any threads for second CPU.
  3. See error on startup server: [NOTICE] Fail to set affinity. (The parameter is incorrect)
