HANDLE_CHARSETS description displays several words incorrectly.

  1. %LANGUAGE% in "language" parameter description should not contain backslashes:
    Clipboard-1a
  2. Regular expression string in "file_regexp" should be .+\.tra$:
    Clipboard-3a

I think this is a regression/change in HeVeA. I'll look into it.
