Is this program available on crates.io? I couldn't find it there.

@tdgroot not yet I'm afraid, I'm yet to publish anything to crates.io as a binary - do have experience doing so?

It's an easy process to publish to crates.io. You connect cargo with your crates.io account (which can be created using SSO) and then run cargo publish, iirc.
