"Reporting this again, Manipulate object is breaking when it comes to small rotation increments. (0-4 degrees) Causes issues with stuff like bolt-releases and magazine buttons.
It isnt reverting them back to their original position, just adding the increment to the current position (4 becomes 8, 8 becomes 12 etc.)
This also breaks stuff like "IsHeld" Etc."

Seems to be some issue with float rounding. Needs further investigation.
