Use the template that mimics the https://www.cve.org/CVERecord page to show a preview. CNAs can see how a record would look like, once published.

This would address a potentially separate issue in the current Preview tab, I believe datePublic is being shown/confused as datePublished, e.g., CVE-2023-52558.

I poked around in render.pug but didn't get far.
