Timeout for the CVE Portal Login doesn't always work.

Since the timeout for login sessions to CVE portal are enforced on the client side in service workers, it sometimes does not work as expected and session remains active across browser closure.

Better tracking of the time CVE services API calls were last time and requiring re-authntication or override it with a "remember me on this device" option is required.
