What problem does this feature solve?

增加旋转90度或者180度的功能，目前使用css样式旋转90度后，交互出现了问题。

What does the proposed API look like?

表格整体旋转？ 是什么场景下有这样的需求呢？

手机端展示，用户操作按钮点击横屏，页面css样式做了旋转。但是vtable的交互还没办法解决😂

这个后面考虑下吧 可能不太容易 如果结合了上层dom在旋转的场景下去做的话。

手机自带的横屏功能可以调取实现吗
