Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on this project and I would like to integrate or associate Azure DevOps test cases with it. I'm aware that Azure DevOps and GitHub are separate ecosystems, but I was wondering:

Is there a recommended way to link Azure DevOps test cases to a GitHub-based project?

Are there tools or integrations that allow tracking test execution or associating work items between GitHub and Azure DevOps?

Has anyone here successfully set up a workflow that bridges the two platforms?

Any suggestions, experiences, or documentation links would be much appreciated!
