What is the feature you'd like to have?
When you open a BNDB, you should have a user position.

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Unclear if the issue is that we aren't firing an event to tell Enterprise where the user is, or if we are firing the event and it's just happening before the web socket has been established.

Additional Information:
Issue was split from a private one on our internal tracker.
